Staff at the department store will put together a list of toys based on each child's preferences.
Harrods has launched a brand new toy concierge service to help parents pick out presents this Christmas.
The service has no minimum spend, and customers can book a slot to take part in a pre-consultation over the phone.
Members of the toy concierge team will then put together a list of toy items based on each child’s favourite toys and interests.
A session with the team can be booked on the Harrods website.
